Our company manufactures and sells micro fasteners (ultra-small cold-forged parts), various cold-forged parts, various small screws, tapping screws, shafts, hex bolts, various cutting products, pressed products, and springs. Our equipment accommodates sizes from 1mm to 12mm. We utilize measurement and inspection equipment such as tool microscopes and projectors to establish a quality control and assurance system, aiming for zero defective products. Additionally, we have introduced fluorescent X-ray analyzers and spectrophotometers to meticulously check for harmful substances such as hexavalent chromium, mercury, and cadmium in screws.
